Payment by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard is accepted at Dr. Kramer’s practice. Payment options will be discussed during the consultation appointment.

Insurance

If you are covered by dental insurance, please bring the claim form and the insurance company’s explanation of benefits booklet to your first appointment. Our financial administrator will work with you regarding your insurance coverage and will file the appropriate forms for your reimbursement. We will assist you in every way possible to expedite your claim.
